Shipping Policy

If you wish to pick up your order in London, ON please select local pick up upon checkout. Once the order has been fulfilled and is ready for pick up, we will notify you via email along with the pick-up address and any information.

Standard orders will ship within 1-3 business days via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. 

For any wholesale or bulk orders, lead time and shipping cost will vary based on quantity ordered. Please note, free or flat-rate shipping does not apply for wholesale or bulk orders.

Please ensure you have used the correct address before placing your order. If an error is made, please let us know ASAP before your item(s) leave our Red Door Candle Studio. If the item has been shipped to the incorrect address due to an entry error, additional shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Red Door Candle Studio is not responsible for stolen packages or any lost items that can be tracked and marked delivered. 

Red Door Candle Studio is not responsible for errors made by Canada Post. If the item has been delayed past the tracking estimated date of arrival, please file a search with Canada Post directly.
